This is a backend-heavy systems role; you will not be building forms.
Staff Data Engineer — Intelligence, Search & Compliance
HIRING NOWThe canonical data layer behind MergeOn's intelligence and compliance systems; schema design for large-scale document and metadata processing; ingestion pipelines that support backfill, replay, and lossless updates; indexing strategies for search, retrieval, and audit; data lineage and access logging for regulated workflows.
Senior AI Engineer — Retrieval & Governance
HIRING NOWProduction AI systems built on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG); vector search and embedding strategies for document intelligence; tool-calling LLM orchestration (models do not "figure it out" here); PII redaction, data minimization, and policy-enforced AI access; latency-aware AI workflows that operate safely in real systems.
