Frequently asked questions

What is the AI Operating Benchmark?

It is an executive benchmark that scores an organisation’s AI maturity across governance, security, knowledge, operations and risk, and produces a board-ready operating score with a recommended roadmap.

How is it different from an AI assessment or survey?

A survey captures opinion at a point in time. The benchmark is a repeatable framework with evidence and confidence levels, designed to be run every quarter so progress is measurable.

Who completes the assessment?

It is started by one executive and completed collaboratively. Questions that a single person cannot answer are routed to the functions that can, and the results come together into one view.

What do I receive at the end?

An operating score, a breakdown by domain, your strengths and weaknesses, priority actions, a recommended roadmap and an evidence summary.

Why benchmark every quarter?

AI capability changes quickly. A single assessment is out of date almost immediately. Quarterly benchmarking turns readiness into a trend the organisation can manage and report against.

Is my previous assessment kept?

Yes. Assessments are never discarded. Each quarter becomes a new benchmark, building a durable record of how your AI maturity has evolved.

How much does it cost?

You can start free. Professional and Team plans add continuous benchmarking, history and department collaboration. Pricing shown is a working placeholder for review.

What is the Document Assessment?

It is a separate, focused assessment that analyses a document set for structure, risk and readiness signals. It sits alongside the AI Operating Benchmark within the same product.
